For Room Booking

• Rooms are sold on various plans. Taxes are applicable and charged extra.

• Maximum occupancy for Luxury Villa is 4 persons.

• Due to the remote location and limited number of rooms, food is not available on an á la carte basis. Food service style will be either Buffet or TDH (Table d’hôte – “Fixed Menu Table Service”) and shall be served in the restaurant only.

• Children above 12 years of age will be considered adults and extra adult charges will apply.

• Tariff is subject to revision without prior notice (except for the quoted rates above).

• Standard terms and conditions (House Rules) of the hotel apply to all guests.

• Rights of Admission Reserved.

• Hotel Management will not be responsible for any mishaps, accidents, or injuries to guests during the event or stay at the resort.

• Anything not mentioned in this letter shall be charged extra.

• Booking is subject to confirmation after receipt of 100% advance payment and as per minimum guaranteed pax.

• Belongings and valuables lost during the event/stay shall not be the responsibility of the Management.

• Telephone, laundry, and additional F&B services (over and above the package) will be charged extra and must be settled at the time of checkout.

Payment Terms

• Payments can be done by cash or credit card (credit card machine subject to internet connectivity). Cheques are not accepted at the resort.

• Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not completed at the time of check-in.

• Billing will be at the agreed rate for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of guests, whichever is higher.

• All extras must be cleared at the resort before departure.

• For rooms booked over the phone without advance payment, the booking will be held for up to 3 hours on the day of arrival, unless prior information for late arrival is provided.

• All extras taken over and above the package rate will be charged extra and added to the final bill accordingly.

Check in check out

• Check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

• Maximum occupancy for Luxury Villa is 4 persons (Adults & Children).

• All rooms must be vacated on the day of check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

• Photo ID is mandatory for all guests (adults and children) staying in the rooms.

• Full payment is mandatory prior to check-in. Rooms will not be allotted without full payment.

• Late check-out requests may be made to the hotel and are subject to availability.

• In the event of direct payment, guests are required to pay full advance at the time of check-in.
